2019 Hope Art Exploration Recap

posted in: Blog | 0

This was the theme of our NINTH annual Art Exploration Program at Hope Academy and it was an amazing and fun four weeks of creativity being unleashed! Five Artist Mentors worked with ten high school interns in video, music, photography, visual art and theater during the first two weeks. Then in weeks three and four the Mentors and interns led classes for 95 middle schoolers at Hope Academy, culminating in a Community Showcase Tuesday night July 2nd! A big THANK YOU to the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council for an Arts Learning Grant, and to all our partners and donors who helped make this program possible! Enjoy all the sights and the sounds below!
